- Graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University
- Member of the Ohio Wesleyan University varsity field hockey and varsity basketball teams for four years and the varsity lacrosse team for three years
- Selected to the Great Lakes Field Hockey 1st Team from 1975 through 1979
- Selected to the Midwest Lacrosse First Team in 1976 and to the Midwest Lacrosse 2nd Team in 1977 and 1979
- Competed at national festivals on Philadelphia Field Hockey Club teams and at national tournaments with Philadelphia Lacrosse teams
- President of the Philadelphia Field Hockey Association for two years
- Head Field Hockey Coach for LaSalle University in 1988 and 1989
- Assistant Field Hockey and Lacrosse Coach for University of Delaware from 1990 through 1992
- Assistant Field Hockey Coach of Syracuse University from 1993 through 2004 and Associate Head Coach 2005 through 2007
- While at Syracuse team had national ranking of nine, were Big East Champions 1994, 1995 and 2001
- Coached twelve All Americans
- Assistant Field Hockey Coach of Cornell University 2008 through 2012
- Coached three Regional All Americans at Cornell University
